Explanation

The workout will start with two men sharing one men’s bar. Those two athletes will perform a total of 20 reps of the first given weight broken up however they choose. Once the first 20 reps are completed they are responsible for correctly changing their weight to the next load. They will continue until the 10 minutes expire. When the clock hits 10:00, the two women will immediately begin 20 reps at their first given load, broken up however they choose. Upon completion of the first 20 reps, the women will be responsible for correctly changing their own weight to the next load. This will continue until 10 minutes expire. This workout will have both a men’s bar and women’s bar.

 

Scoring

Score is based on number of completed reps. If a team cannot perform the next given load, they will perform power cleans as a tie breaker. These reps do not count toward the overall score but simply in the instance of a tie.

 

Movement Standards

Snatch – Bar must come from the ground and finish overhead (bar over midline) with the elbows, shoulders, hips, and knees fully extended. We will allow either a power or full snatch. Touch and go is permitted. The bar must be controlled back down to the ground on each rep (no dropping from overhead), otherwise the rep will not be counted.
